Within the meaning of article 13 of the Italian legislative decree of 30 May 2003 No. 196: "Law relating to the protection of personal data" (hereinafter referred to as the CODE), Cipriani s.r.l., whose head office is located at via Maneira, 17/C Rosso Fraz. Bevera – 18039 Ventimiglia (IM), in its capacity as owner is required to supply to the users connecting to the domain www.ciprianilab.com (regardless of the reason for the connection) certain information relating to the processing of personal data that will take place there.

This present document constitutes the “privacy" for this site.

The terms below are taken to have the following meanings:

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses given at this site entails the acquisition of the sender's address, required for responding to requests, but also any other data included in the message.

I II) The following are also subject to processing: the Internet protocol number and type of browser used by you for the connection to the ciprianilab.com domain (non-identifiable data), which are automatically saved by the domain access protection and access control logic device (LOG FILES). Such personal data is used only for the purposes of controlling traffic on the network towards the ciprianilab.com domain.

This involves information that is not gathered in order to be associated with the interested party, but which through their nature may, following processing and associations with data held by third parties, enable the user to be identified. These data are solely used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and for controlling its correct operation, and the data are deleted immediately after their use in compilation. II. I) The personal data shall be subject to processing, for no longer than necessary, for:
1. management of relations with Cipriani;
2. purposes strictly linked and instrumental to the management of the above-mentioned relations (for example for the acquisition of pre-contractual information and for implementing services and operations, such as those which have been contractually agreed);
3. purposes of analysis of information obtained for the purposes of the proposition, involving the sending of promotional information also sent electronically via computer, relating to goods and services considered to be of interest to you;
4. purposes linked to legal obligations and on the instruction of monitoring authorities and bodies;
5. compliance with legal requirements,
6. fulfilling the specific requests of the interested party.

III. I) In relation to the purposes indicated, data supplied by you electronically by computer shall be subject to data and paper processing and shall be compiled using special procedures for the purposes of personalisation of the services that Cipriani is able to offer you.

2. Natural persons or legal entities, who/which, bound by a contract with Cipriani, supply specifically constituted services or carry out related activities, which are instrumental to or in support of those of Cipriani.

We would inform you in conclusion, that articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 OF THE CODE confer upon interested parties the right to exercise specific rights.
In particular, you may obtain from Cipriani confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your own personal data, and their availability in intelligible format.
You can also request the origin of data, and also the software logical code and purposes upon which processing is based; you can obtain – where the law provides for it – the deletion, anonymous transformation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; but also the updating, rectification or, if it is of interest to you, the incorporation of data. In conclusion, you are able to oppose processing itself, for legitimate reasons.
