Manufacturing agreement n° 111/92 obtained on 27
may 2005 from the Italian Health Ministry
according to European rules
allows Cipriani to produce food supplements
and special diet products.
Facilities have been organized and built to guarantee
hygienic and sanitary security, including
air treatment control, separation lock
chambers between the different areas, technical installations level
separated from productions zones.
Quality insurance system - regularly up dated - is based
on HACCP European procedures and we have
started studies with
our mother company to be certified ISO 22000.
All our quality insurance documents from their creation,
validation up to their dispatching and storage are registered on an
electronic workflow to guarantee up dating and optimal circulation
of quality information.
Most of controls - microbiological and
physico chemical - are operated by our own Analysis laboratory (175
square metres and 4 technicians) thanks to our modern scientific
equipments including: HPLC high pressure liquid chromatograph,
HPGC high pressure gas chromatograph,
U.V. spectrophotometer,
I.R spectrophotometer,
Polarimeter,
Refractometer,...
For each batch run, all control and validation steps are registered
in our Information System permitting perfect traceability.
After each production, printed documents
(batch file) and samples as well, are stocked on site.
